a good amount of studies backing it up, so I would assume so. And worst case scenario, it helps with your liver cus its an antioxidant.

if your serious about skin maxxing then hydroquinone and monobenzone should be added on top, am sure it would be very easy to source those

@Dean @AverageMoroccan either tell this ...... to be respectful and not be a racist as it is clearly against the rules , also make him remove my photo from his pfp or I may dislike all his posts and this ...... may be tormented for his deeds..You can check his previous messages also , he show obvious signs of racism and hate speech

hypocrisy at it's finest :ROFLMAO: wdym racism when you use the n word? Also you did not have a problem with your face used as my avi. I thought it was fine and I can't be warned for doxxing cuz you posted your face here yourself you should know the consequences

I don't have any problem with u uploading my face cause no one will even recognise me from this photo anymore..I have changed completely..but since I removed this photo from the forum and it's nowhere now , you don't exhibit any right to have him on your pfp and the owner of that photo which is me obviously can have u removed my photo if i want to

If I didn't edited the original message for 7 days and if the photo had been published there permanently, you could have gained the right to use it but since I removed it before 7 days or even on the same day , you don't clearly have any rights to use it

I used your face as my avi before you removed your photo from the forum, if you ask me nicely to change my avi I will do it
