Hey all; I am new to this forum and it looks like everyone else was doing this. I just started in my journey and wanted advice from other people who know what they are doing. I began a calorie deficit, cardio, lifting consistently a few weeks ago. Any advice/ratings are welcome; excited to improve, thanks.
