Bro I eat so much and gain no fat I swear
i mean gaining fat isn’t really a goal, just something that tends to happen when bulking hard since you’re eating more food overall

that aside, it might seem that way but it’s probably more down to not really knowing exactly how much you’re eating

use tdee to find your maintenance and then add to that, and use the 2g per kg of protein or whatever the magic number is these days

Yes I agree but my maintenance is def high cause I’ve tried to eat a lot and counted and I didn’t or barely gained so I just gotta eat more meals

if you find it that hard maybe try blended stuff and drinking it throughout the day in addition to big meals, might make it easier to get a large amount of cals
