Im not gonna waste your time, so let’s keep it short

Go to the butcher grab about 300-350 grams of ground beef cutgr.png

Then go to the supermarket and grab two burger buns. You can also make them yourself but who does that jfl cutgr.png

Take your meat, split it into 4 equal balls. Then put each ball between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten it into a circle. Make it just a bit bigger than your buns because they shrink when they cook cutgr.png

Heat up your pan throw in your burger buns cut side down and press them with something heavy so they toast evenly cutgr.png

When they’re golden and toasted take them off. Time to add your toppings (I go mustard, hot sauce and onions on the top, cheese on the bottom) cutgr.png

Now cook your 4 meats get them nice and crispy. When they’re hot enough take the pan off the heat, throw a slice of cheese on each meat, pour a spoon of hot water in the pan cover it and let that cheese melt perfectly cutgr.png

Time to stack your burger up and you're done cutgr.png

Any questions ?
