Introduction
Seeing more and more people around this forum and especially on social media, who want to hop on gear without knowing what they do. Most of them are kids. As a teenager the temptation of blasting gear, looking good, feeling good without side effects is unbearable. The issue with that is, people on social media dont show what stuff they need to do to stay healthy. As a result from that they all think all they have to do is inject Test into their ass and thats it. They dont know about the many risks that come with gear abuse. To adress this issue, Im making this post so people have a guideline for whether if they are ready to start their first cycle or not.
Basic requirements
A lot of times, for example on reddit, you see people claim this or that compound is bunk, didnt work, didnt make the gains they expected, caused a lot of side effects, etc. Usually when you ask them, you find out that either their diet was messed up or their training or their recovery and so on.
Gear is not meant to replace your diet, training or recovery.
You should interpret the enhance in PEDs (Performance enhancing drugs) as actually enhancing your training, diet and recovery. It does not replace one of the mentioned 3.
You have to get your diet nailed before starting PEDs
You have to get your training nailed before starting PEDs
You have to get your recovery nailed before starting PEDs
If you cant understand simple things as basic progressive overload or calories in calories out, you are not ready for gear and will need at least 1-2 more years of natural training.
You also need basic non-degenerative understanding of health. A lack of patience which will make you start your next cycle 2 weeks after your PCT might cause you to have liver issues or be on trt for life. Make sure you are patient enough to wait until healthy between and before cycles. Also be mature enough to not want to use gear to compensate something. For example, I waited 1 year between thinking about hopping on and actually doing it. A year of research lead me to know what Im getting into and what I want to do.
Hopping on gear will not get you laid or paid
Research
Do your research of what compounds you want to do.
Research this:
- Side effects
- Price
- Availability
- How to combat side effects with this compound
Research also applies to your source, incase you lose a vial for example, will your source be fast enough to send you a replacement?
Health supplements
Get basic health supplements and ancillaries.
A cycle does not consist of your steroids only. There is also PCT, OCT etc. Research on this and what you need for your cycle
For example for orals, you will need liver support.
For every anabolic you will need cholesterol support
Sum up
Dont get on gear if you dont know what you are getting into.
If you dont wanna research all this, get a coach.
