well what i do is RDLs, leg press, bulgarian squats, hip thrusts, and hip abductions or wtv its called
all weighted but its ur choice how much

Long term lean bulk and a major focus on the lower body : glutes and legs.

There's plethora of exercises for that

its def js genetics. Usually you have to be built with the pear body and gain weight, but to mimic the pear body: aim for thigh muscle building workouts and glute workouts. focus on legs and abs to create that hip to waist ratio.
