You have a low pronasalae, usually a masculine trait but it’s too much, especially in your front profile. If you were to get a MICRO rhino for your nose arch, which would be ideal, i’d also look into reducing your pronasalae fat. WITHOUT touching any other alar fats or cartilage. You have an ideal columella. A lot of people mess up their noses further or don’t reduce the right things and they are left unhappy because they didn’t magically get what they wanted when asking for rhino. Specifics matter and I highly recommend going to a surgeon that is willing to hear you out and fix what you ask rather than do their own thing. Also just a throw in to make your eyebrows naturally darker and to tint them or use minoxidil.
