I did get a bit sick from a stomach bug going around but most of it was just water weight I Think but 20 in 2 weeks is my normal when cutting and bulkingAre you ok? 20 lbs sounds like a lot for just 2 weeks

I omad 1,300 calories, 20k steps (always done on the stair master) and 1 gallon of water a day , carnivore strictly that’s my usual cutting regimenfantastic, but i second the other comments. 20lbs in two weeks is insaaaane. what did you do to achieve this

I’ve posted proof photos with a tape measure but yeah I got big shouldersn***a is that natural or u make it like that somehow it’s very thin waste compared to ur shoulders

Tho to ur original question about being lean you look to be at a healthy weight tho women don’t store much fat in the waste anyway more the arms and legs I’d say u look to be 22-25% bodyfat which is healthyI’ve posted proof photos with a tape measure but yeah I got big shoulders
