recessed infras and chin help without surgery?

my face has always looked fatter than my body i finally realized it’s cause my chin is slightly recessed. and i have horrible hollow eyes and dark circles help is there anythingg i can do besides surgery and fillers? ignore the pics look scary and bed head loll
