Recessed jaw? Bad jaw genetics? What is it.

I have been mewing for 6 months and am seeing little results but nothing crazy. My lips are decently big and my lower lip folds over a little. Small chin, not good jaw structure. What can fix my weak looking jaw. And do I need to fix my nose? IMG_1847.jpeg
