is there a way i can try to improve my jaw without a double jaw surgery? my jaw isnt to bad to where id need get surgery but id say its slightly recessed and weak, does anyone know a way to get it better without surgery like should i start doing neck curls or chin tucks or anything else? im still in puberty idk if that helps

should i get those jaw trainers or no, ive heard there shit and to just use mastic gum
jaw trainers are cope just chew a lot and chew hard. have chewing gum (mastic gum optimal) at all times and even though its cliche you can chew towel too

Chin tucks and all that shit are basically cope

What you can do is though is train your masseter muscle to become bigger which might help balancing out your facial thirds better depending on how you look

its all genes look at ur parents if they have recessed jaws u will end up recessed too
