Recessed maxilla fix

unfortunately theres nothing much u can do besides getting an orthognathic surgery, orthodontics might help but depends on ur case. If u have recessed infras or a crooked nose due to ur recessed maxilla, fixing those things with filler, pdo threads or anything else might help make It less noticeable because It creates an illusion of a good maxilla
