It's worth a shot they even do them into adulthood. Not fully closed until 15 in most cases

I guess so, im not too educated on it. However he will very likely be very underwhelmed with the results if he goes ahead with it.

go to an orthodontist and they could refer you to a jaw surgeon. just so you know in advance, it is a long process. you will need to get braces first and appointments take a while to coordinate

Braces don't have an impact on the maxilla I'm pretty sure. She needs MSE or Lefort

yea of course braces by themselves dont, but many types of jaw surgery require braces first
