recession from 16 to 19?

is it possible for someone to get his lower jaw recessed from the age 16 to 19?
I was looking at pics when I was 16 and theres a pic where my lower jaw/chin looks much better but for some reason I can't recreate it
its like I actually got recessed :sad:
i'm also 10-15KG fatter

Could just be the extra 10-15kg tbh, facial fat can make your jaw or chin look way more recessed than it actually is
