Hi I'm a 16 year old male. I weigh 160lbs and am 180cm. Currently I'm been going gym 5 days a week for the past few months and have began taking hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides along with creatine on a daily basis. What do you recommend I do to make myself appear the best that I can appear?
