your skin barrier seems damaged

if it occured from sun put greek yogurt on ur face, or if it is something from hydration use aloe vera gel for skin hydration, should do the trick. Try to eat whole foods too for better skin.

@Bweller you can pm for extra information on skin and muscle growth i also gave a little guide on bodybuilding section if you want to take a look at that. Also mark solution if you find it helpful amigo

I use a salicylic acid face wash then an oatmeal moisturiser every morning
Don't cleanse in the morning its redundant and it strips away the oils from your face. I wouldn't even use salicylic acid in the first place.

Wash your face in the morning, maybe include hyaluronic acid while having your face drenched in water and a moisturizer of your choice as well as a sunscreen with SPF 50 PA++++ which protects from UVA+UVB rays. You have to relax on the active ingredients or else it'll keep getting worse and worse.

Night time, look into a cleanser that's gentle for your skin/low PH in general + Moisturizer of your choice (Maybe adding in cicaplast). You'll see your face get less inflamed, irritated, and red. Afterwards you can look into retinoids which are objectively better. Taz > Tret
