Now i've long been a pusher of the JBF - Just be first pill/theory. But in 2026 i just can't keep pushing it because the truth is that things have changed too much to the point where JBF isn't real anymore. Yes it's not completely over/destroyed but mostly you are one DM away from total ruin.
JBF may still work in specific situations which i may get into at a later date but rehab is spot on, it's fucking over. JBF was the only chance for a lot of guys to get a proper woman instead of sloppy seconds. The worst part is that you can't compete. you literally cannot compete against 6'4 chads, celebrities, footballers, like you can't. If your girl is even semi-hot, she is going to have 50 different HTN+ messaging her on her insta, she will have giga richfags wanting to fly her out. You can't compete at all.
The max holloway one i was already aware of since i'm a long time mmacel but it's hard to see how much of a cuck max is really, i still like him though but lol at the total jestermaxxing he did back then to get her.
Women are all the same which we already know, doesn't matter if it's some surfer girl in hawaii or some "traditional" woman in the slums of Lahore or some uneducated village girl from Kinshasa, she's only yours until the better guy comes along.
