Buy something like these and position bands so it bring my mandible forward. But it'll also need to bring it down (fixing overbite btw) so it'll align and sit under my top front teeth.
Is there a chance It js pulls my top teeth back tho ?
@giga.mia this is what I meant btw

I think my brother has these since a year or so and I've noticed some significant changes in his jaw area ! He was recessed with an overbite but now he looks much better in this area. I think the tension helps fixing that overbite and making your maxilla seem less recessed. Give solution

I feel like this is too simple to be true, I think the reason they want u to do this with braces is because with braces on, all ur teeth are kinda connected. But without the braces connecting ur teeth, you’d be pulling down one individual tooth now thag i think about it. Or I could be wrong

Could fuck my teeth long term as my molars won't be connected (upper lower) and could weaken my front teeth as they'd js be resting on eachtoher with the whole Weight of all my teeth. Very experimental. If I do it'll I'll document on here

Yeah. This sounds risky. But I will say for maximum results you should do two rubber bands at a time for it to work quicker
