Stoicism, logic, reason, enlightenment era values and virtues are quite frankly superior alternatives as they do not spread lies and do not cause endless strife and turmoil between nations and societies. Math is the only true "religion" of the universe if you will. We should have an open mind though, as we are not enlightened beings yet and we still make mistakes as humanity and we still know little to none about our own history as a species and space-time reality (visible universe) we dwell in, not to mention possibility of other universes/realities existing.
