No, he intentionally lied and got moderator on two different accounts. He intentionally misrepresented who he was and his relationship towards users on the site to gain an unnecessary amount of power.

It's funny to joke about how nobody noticed it was him and how silly it is he was able to do that, but as a site owner that behavior is gross beyond measure. It's people like him that makes it where Dean doesn't want to give moderators permissions. It's people like him that makes our responsibility as moderators extremely difficult and limited. I don't even blame Dean for it, though.
