Keep your hair away from your forehead. Be careful not to let shampoo drip onto your forehead when rinsing. Change your pillowcase 1-2 times a week.You can apply ice to your forehead twice a day. If your hair is oily, bangs can worsen your forehead. Avoid squeezing pimples. Do not constantly change products and confuse your skin. Hair products (shampoo, conditioner, hairspray) may be touching your forehead. Sweating and contact with hats/headscarves may be causing the problem. A new product may be too harsh on your skin. Cortisol is particularly strongly associated with forehead acne. Don't stress. And consult a dermatologist.alright bois

Small pimples may not be caused solely by sebum some are hormonal or inflammatory. Cleansing alone doesn't always clear up all pimples, and personal experience doesn't reflect the general case.
i have a slickback and i always wash my face I cant do anything like accutane, are there any products that can help me
