kind of niche but...

drugs should be illegal, but in any case with victimless crimes like piracy, drugs, vandalism, etc. people should be able to break the law with the expectation that they'll get away with it. and that that's a limitus test for freedom in general

Is this ragebait or are you serious you f****t? Did you just say if a crime is committed at the condition of not hurting anyone physically(I presume) it’s sorry I got caught till you get caught? How can any crime truly be victimless first of all? Define what crime means to you. I will sissify you

explain how me getting fucked up minding my own business or downloading media without paying for it concretely harm someone. theres your victimless crime. we should prioritize preventing harm / violence. enforcement of everything else should be an afterthought.

vandalism can be debated but if it's on abandoned property who's hurt?

I think the argument would be you're hurting their financial outcomes. The abandoned property will eventually be sold, and it costs money to get it repaired, for example.

Alright sure but having to lift weights for hours on end to have a slightly better looking body is just not worth it for me

I don't lose any sleep over the miniscule financial impact my behavior has on the wealthy gatekeepers of digital media. on an individual level I'm just a rounding error in their bank account.

just so maybe I'm helping another business owner not to mention the workers by giving them a job cleaning that graffiti.

Therapists understand that men react differently to emotional stimuli

I personally know a mother who's son is dead
