I’m 15 and planning to hop on reta but only thing stopping me is I saw a tiktok saying it can reduce the final height you get to is this true I am predicted to be 5,11 so want to maximise how tall I can be as I’m not particularly tall.

If you still continue to have a good sleep schedule and good nutrition you should be fine

reta suppresses appetite and without eating food you wont be able to hit your potential, if you are able to get sufficient nutrition, (especially protein) then you will be okay. Also all height estimates have a margin of error of around 3-4 inches. I was predicted to grow to 6'4 but im 6'0.5 so take height estimates with a grain of salt. Mark as solution
