I’m going to be straight forward I’m overweight, 6’3 270 I started at 275, I workout 6 times a week, I try to get 100+g of protein daily, but my real issue is, it’s my 4th week I started at .5 felt minor appetite suppression and it’s kind of been the same (I’m at 1.5 now as of Friday) I still kind of feel the same minor reduced food noise and appetite, I’m tempted to pin 1mg more and try to stay at 2.5 ish to see what happens.
