I’m on my third week of Reta getting close to starting my fourth. I’m 6’3 270 started at 275, I workout, try to intake 200g of protein a day to minimize fat loss. I have noticed major appetite reduction, but no getting full quicker, I was wondering because the effects are still more mild should I go from 1mg to 1.5mg or go straight up to 2
