Has anyone stopped using their retainer after braces and started using it again after months? i want to start using it again to get my teeth back to shape and upping my oral hygiene routine... has anyone had success as i know it can take a while for your teeth to move back to how they were, even sometimes its not possible without getting braces again

if not i will get invisalign in the new year probs

the thing is that was my full intention until i had a mental health crisis but the point is im here NOW and working on it NOW rather than never
