I do it too but keep it once or twice weekly and pair with hyaluronic acid. Idk why it hurts for you, even if I use it more without HA then it’s still fine.

Bro there’s no reason to use more than 1 retinoid

It's cause I have eczema. Basically where my hyperpigmentation is my skin barrier is 🍇d so I can't use tret on it too much
Use a corticosteroid like hydrocortisone. Tret 4x a week is literally enough, without retinol. If you want something in between, use Retin-A but I just think Tret 4x a week is enough honestly. For retinoids, after a certain threshold of usage (more than 3-4x a week) the changes in collagen are minimal and not worth it. And who knows, maybe using a retinoid everyday for the week is actually contributing damage to the stratum corneum.

try to reduce grains, eat fruits and red meat, u dont need dairy, it could trigger eczema depending on ur sensitivity
I’d say legumes are more irritating, grains can be good due to some B vitamins but should be limited to a serving a day.

Yesterday I tried eating legumes again for the first time in a while and all I was doing was farting

Me personally,I consume barely any meat, mostly dairy, eggs everyday and fish like 2 times a week. Sounds like jew propaganda, but how I feel and how my skin looks has been better ever since I switched protein sources. Now grains they have B1 and B2 ,which is obtainable by pork but I don’t think everyone eats pork everyday so usually like 1 whole grain serving+specific fruit covers you.
