this is a stupid post but sometimes i do wonder
my dad often scolds me for primarily lifting because i'll gain a bunch of fat and lose all the muscle if i never lift again (which won't be happening soon) because that happened to him (tho he works blue collar so he didn't actually lose much muscle, just weight gain).
but, this has never happened to me lol? i didn't go to the gym for about 1.5months a little while back and nothing changed or worsened lol. i didn't change my eating habits too much either; in fact, i came back to the gym stronger in most of my body.
so is that really possible?? to become terribly unhealthy if i stop heavily working out?? because understandable if i get like horribly sick or depressed or something but that's not gonna happen any time soon either
