Yeah alar would obv be a must, you would have to take into account alar to byzigo, alar to icd, alar to bridge and nose width to height ratio so you dont make any of them too unideal if they were already t1. But what are you trying to do as well exactly like nasal tip or nasal base?

main concern is alar base width from the front

my alar base to mouth is horrid, my icd to alar base is t2

i just need less cartilage in my nostrils lmao

yeah i just got it in my head that i needed rhino when my nose was hella inflamed before i got giga lean

pretty sure you can use aqualyx/lipo vela to reduce the tip, i think that way you can just skip a surgery altogether.

and you can try botox to make it slimmer and upturned although its tempoary

yeah i’ve heard of that, although it’s one of the more risky places to inject

won’t have to upkeep if i just bite the bullet and get alar, it’s less than 5k in the USA anyway

I’ve gotten Botox on mine before and it was solid results, but not good enough to warrant getting it again. I’d much rather opt for a full on surgery if I were someone trying to improve their nose
