Even if I didn’t really need it that much I got it and I wanted to share my experience and things you should know before doing it, if you plan on it.
First, the final result of your nose takes usually a year (could be more, could be less depending on habits and the type of your skin), also don’t expect to have a Barbie nose if your nose is really big and crooked, unless you find a god-like surgeon but usually they make it as natural as possible.
The main techniques used by a surgeon are two, which are open and closed. Open is the most used because it gives better visibility for the surgeon, they basically open the nose from the tissue in between your nostrils and this type of rhinoplasty gives the most swelling, because they would cut some of the tissue and capillaries. Those would be then need to regenerate to give proper flow, hence the swelling. This was the technique used in my case

Pic with red shirt, 2 months after. Mirror pic, 6 months after. Swelling is reduced, but I’m planning to do a cortisone injection which basically tightens the tissues especially on the tip (which is the part of the nose that takes longer to heal) Don’t be afraid to se some asymmetries in swelling, its normal and people dont talk about it. I also attached the side, blonde hair was 1-2 months after, black hair side is like 7 months after

If you smoke and want to do this surgery just stop. Nicotine shrinks blood vessels and that means less blood flow. I was retarded so I smoked again like 2 weeks after the rhino, nothing bad happened but don’t do it anyways
