There’s some interesting research on topical rosiglitazone, but most of the evidence is still from animal studies. It seems to promote local adipogenesis and reduce fibrosis, but there isn’t much good human evidence showing noticeable facial fat changes

As for the price, pharmaceutical-grade powder is expensive mainly because it’s a specialized raw material sold in small quantities
