Can someone please drop a routine for softmaxxing that covers all aspects I'm overwhelmed with all these different methods and i not sure how to structure it throughout my day and week. I'm trying to get a aesthetic physique, lean down, improve jawline and cheekbones type shi. If I'm missing anything important include it in the routine or program. Thanks.

First, identify the areas where you're lacking and write them down. Then, use the search button to find solutions for each problem. Build a routine around these solutions by structuring them effectively.
