ive only expanded about 3-4mm and im already seeing visible changes in my zygos and even weirdly enough canthal tilt? My breathing is so much better pls if ur considering rpe / marpe get it its so worth it

bad pic but i took it just now idk might be placebo effect its obviously not a huge difference but i still feel like there is a difference
