Is IOP used a lot to treat schizotypal? I know therapy is usually the gold standard for PD's (I am diagnosed with BPD)

It's hard to say, I assume it's conflicted due to people with schizotypal might not even going for treatment.
They put me into the IOP since i wasn't qualified for an inpatient stay. I need to try everything to solve at least a little bit of the issues i face, hate being an avoidant person.
