I do not hate Russians, I just hate their elite. I do think a lot of the Russians were downgraded after the Red Terror, considering the Jews in power had all the aristocratic members, judges or high ranking people killed off and only kept the peasent class. That would cripple any nation for centuries.

but also communists in 1930s killed my family members on dads line (they were kulaks) and took all property they had

not all of them are bad but i'd say these people are more primitive, they could select for better genes to improve iq and looks, but in general race is also neutral to me, its not more than just an adaptation to climate

That job could be in the hands of a white man, say a Dutch man that comes to work in Hungary. I will never hire a black man unless if they are truly the best of the best. Same for an arab or asian, I would screen them for psyche tests to see what they are loyal to and how stable they are.
