What kind of scale is most accurate? And where can I find cheap scales?
My scale said 128 yesterday, and then i had to go to the hospital later that night and they weighed me at 115

I would say go for an old school scale, they're prob more accurate.

Digital is the most accurate, make sure to take off your clothes to have accurate measurements give solution.
