Scalp is irritated (need help)

I have seborrheic dermatitis and I have it under control pretty well, but my scalp is is dry or inflamed and my scalp constantly feels tight/on fire

What can I do to fix this?

have u tried any anti fungal shampoos (nizoral or like a coal tar shampoo) usually clears up inflamed scalp
