Nothing can reduce?
They are permenant and dont go away, you can reduce them tho
The accutane should help you should up the dose or give it more time
You should exfoliate and do regular cleansing to the nose, korean oil 2x cleanser are great at this
Clay masks can also help

Well I know you can somewhat treat it with some kind of oil to hide it a bit but I don’t think you can permanently get rid of it
Sebaceous filaments r basically just big pores that never go away but I guess you could close them a lil bit do some research
