what does a giving somebody a second chance mean to you? what do you think it should mean?

is the person fully absolved of any past mistakes, or do you give them a second chance on thin ice?

how does accountability shape it, and where do you draw the line between forgiveness and then taking another risk of trust?

do you give yourself second chances, and by those same standards?
No they dont exist to me we all get one chance and thats it

im very forgiving so i believe in second chances and that ppl can change for the better
