Seed oils are polyunsaturated fats wich oxidize easily under heat/Light

your skin is made out of fats, when you consume seed oils every single day they accumulate in your skin

Accumulation of seed oils in your skin makes it easier for your skin to oxidize easily (get sunburn)

Consume less seed oils preferably no seed oils but if you cant stop consumimg them just try consuming less, or use butter instead u can use olive oil (for salads if u eat salad but dont cook with it because when olive oil exceeds 350farenhite-410 farenhite it becomes a carcinogen)

Most people think sunburn is just about sun exposure. It's not that simple.

Seed oils (canola, sunflower, soybean) are polyunsaturated fats—meaning they oxidize easily under heat and light. When you eat them every day, they accumulate in your skin cells. Then you go outside.

UV hits unstable fats = oxidation = sunburn.

Ancestral populations ate butter, tallow, and animal fats their whole lives. Their skin was built from stable saturated fats that don't oxidize under uv.

Cut the oils (if u can)

Idk who to tag but what ever
