When seed oil dries it turns into a polymer like it’s literally plastic. But but it's not that harmful 🥺☝️, yeah no I don't wanna consume petrol boyo and imagine thinking gasoline that can technically fuel an engine is healthier than animal fat.

Yes, a cow raised naturally on a strictly forage-based diet without drugs (like antibiotics or added hormones) produces fat that is significantly different in both nutritional composition and appearance compared to a conventionally raised, grain-fed cow.
Key differences in the fat include:
  • Higher Omega-3s: Grass-fed beef fat contains two to five times more heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids than grain-fed beef.
  • More CLA: Natural diets yield roughly double the amount of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), a beneficial fat associated with various health benefits.
  • Better Fatty Acid Ratio: The ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fats in naturally fed cows is closer to an ideal \(3:1\) ratio, compared to grain-fed beef which can exceed \(15:1\).
  • Different Saturation Levels: While the total fat content is generally lower, natural fat has higher amounts of beneficial long-chain saturated and monounsaturated fats.
  • Color and Marbling: The fat from a grass-fed animal is often yellower due to the beta-carotene absorbed from fresh grass, whereas grain-fed fat is stark white. It also typically has less white intramuscular fat (marbling).

I never eat seed oils nowadays
I used to put olive oil on the pan to cook I thought I was being healthy

Most likely due to hexane used to extract the oil.

Pretrol based products aren't necessarly bad, Vaseline is a perfect example
