like n***a? who the fuck gave you financial independence? why are you spending $500 on legos and buying a new car when your previous one is working just fine?
it pisses me off cuz ill try to ask them to start up a business with me theyll be like “oh yeah id do it bro but i dont have any money” then you see them spend thousands on unnecessary, unproductive shit the next week
genuinely why are you spending thousands eating out everyday if your parents have food at home???
i guess well-off kids will see financial freedom as a constant rather than a privilege
like im switching to 2 cycles of 8 weeks tren and its still only like $1.2k if i cruise 8 weeks between, that’ll be 24 WEEKS of expensive gear usage and sometimes my friends will use twice as much in 1 week on absolute bullshit

kinda based tbh

you should, if you can, be spending a lot to try out different things, going out with your friends to nice places, enjoying your youth and having a rich social life in general

i think theres like a middle ground you shouldnt spend your money on straight dumb stuff but at the end of the day you arent gonna remember the money youll remember the memories its okay to spend money sometimes

i do this, ngl
idk my parents have always gave me whatever money i asked for
like never said no for anything, i know its bad

but now its just so hard for me to like not do it like i dont see a point in not doing it

i mean honestly if you dont have bills to pay or responsibilities i dont see a point in limiting yourself or trying to be "financially responsible" esp as a teen
not to say you should be a r****d but personally i do this and i think if you have the means why not

money has always been a large thing for me because my family is not exactly “well-off”
i just think financial responsibility is the logical approach here as saving your money for the future is the smartest thing you could do
