Seeking fitness advice for skinny fat 28M

I have been exercising cardio for 3 months, lost 4 kg weight in the first month. After that, I don't see much change.

I have been skinny fat since my childhood. I want to lose bally fat and build muscle.

I have been supplementing Vit D, Magnesium, Zinc, Ashwargandha for 2 years now.

Age: 28 Years
Weight: 60 kg
Origin: Indian

Please advise me on exercise, nutrition, and diet or anything.

Fix diet tbh u are probably bloated more than anything
 
If it’s not bloat and it’s fat, I recommend cycling/walking more to burn off and you can build muscle by js going to gym
