This shit is only addictive to you guys because you have no one else to talk to so every time you see a bell with a red number notification your neurons activate.... going away for a while or even stopping forcefully forever will not solve shit.

Just put some effort into finding someone to talk with, even just a pen pall, someone online, preferably a girl.

My strategy is looking for the girls that post thirsty comments on thrist trap reels and ask them to talk with me....Another strategy would be to just go outside in the middle of the city where people gather and ask random strangers to speak with you.

glad you can prove me my point... and same here, I used to be very shy in my younger years but I worked many jobs, some of which were sales or gathering funds.... so whilist I remain a fucking autistic idiot, I'm not shy about it and have no fear of people anymore.
