Not quite, but i had something quite similar.
I had an obstructed breathing due to a part of my internal nose being to large and thick those droopy things. So i had it reduced and he fixed my septum. Recovery is not painful but higly uncomfortable, and with advancments in technique you should be good to go in a couple of days.
I recommend going overseas to do the procedure, i had it done by
Dr. Glicerio Gonzalez in GDLL its like 2000 USD and you get excellent care.
