I feel really stupid asking this but... How do I get a job, like should I start walking into businesses and asking if their hiring?

Does anybody know where to look online? I've not been able to find much

Are there like any sites in particular to check out

Indeed and Glassdoor are very helpful but every job ive landed has been thanks to an in person interview. If you have stores around you go around with a printed out (ONE PAGE) resume and let them know you’d be interested to apply. If they physically see you it’s less likely they’ll ghost you.

unironically YES that is how i have gotten all of my jobs!! most prefer to see how you interact in person, they might just give you an interview on the spot so dress decent when you ask.
if they don't reply within a few days, give it exactly a week and call them or go back in and ask to follow up with your interview

you'll have a much higher ROI if you spend that time grinding to get into a good university

Not really, work experience is important too. No employer wants a 22 yo who’s never had a job

Go on google maps, indeed, chat gpt just find locations

Apply online

Wait 1-3 days

Come in person with a well written resume

Ask to see hiring manager

Say you applied online and wanted to hand off your resume

Have a good resume and act professional/happy + dont be scared its not important and ur one of many

Bonus if you call for updates

Thats how i got all 2 of my jobs

Not really you have a better chance as a 22 year old than a 15-17 year old just off your age

Job market just hard

If you are under 18-
go to as many places as you can… talk to the mangers and they will tell you to apply online (apply right in the store and make sure to have a small resume downloaded so you can finish the full application on the spot) make sure you talk to the manager and make a good impression… go to several places I would say no less then 5… you want to get opinions… and they will be a Jew and try to pay you less never EVER feel bad for asking for more money then you deserve… they say 11$ you say 18$ they say WOAH hell no they say 13 you say 15 they say they won’t move you say 13.50… this is how the world works in these places
