How many kills does one have to have yo qualify as someone known for “violent or extremis behavior?” like what if they only killed 10 people or less and i think theyre really cool and i want them to be my pfp would that be ok? Genuine question

Can we please make an exception for me; he only had 10 kills and he said he was sorry and regreted it in court, and he cried cause he felt so bad. I think hes a good symbol of hope and shows that people can change
