I have naturally 4b coily hair (im mixed). I relaxed it and have been regularly straightening it (heat protectant) and ive noticed really severe breakage and damage every single hair has a split end and it I pull it will break off.. it looks fine I guess now but I know in a month or so it will start to look really really bad bc of the damage. any advice to grow it or heal the damage? ty

Just cut it off you cant really heal split ends you can minimize the look you can take care of them so they split less but the only way to truly get rid of them is to cut them off

stop straightening invest in a cute hat meanwhile to hide also take 5000mcg biotin 5 to 10 grams of pure unsweetened collagen powder, dont smoke and eat more protein. Start doing protein masks to your hair and dont use harsh heat or harsh shampoo on scalp, Should have perfect hair in a month if done properly.

But that wont get rid of the split ends as soon as she stops this she they will appear agian this will just minimse how jt looks and also bitotin is cope unless you have deficiency which is very very rare

You simply just have to embrace your coils and start wearing it natural and taking care of it, I can go more In depth if u need but also you sadly will have to cut off all the split ends or else you will lose hair and it won't grow so a trim is inevitable

stop relaxing it. also ur straightener is most likely on too high of heat. invest in cecred and olaplex, and avoid high tension hair styles for a bit then do silk presses instead of relaxers.

cut most of it off, then do a curly hair routine religiously, diffuse the shit outta it with heat protectant on cool mode and use skala treatment cream or any hair mask that is good for repairing, usually for hair that is damaged I use the skala treatment, tsubaki or fino hair mask till it is in normal condition

Fraudmaxx 🤑 use color wow products out, they cover a lot of the breakage , basically use breakage concealing products, in the meantime fix the structural damadge with bond repair or k18 or olaplex no3 . To GROW your hair see what works : can be washing hair more often, oiling etc
