anyone have a hair care routine for damaged hair to make it thicker and healthier?

i had a chemical treatment on my hair and it’s slightly damaged/dry. i couldn’t find any guides here nor on tiktok/yourube cus it was mostly ads. does anyone have a reliable hair care routine? tyy!! (my hair is thin, fine)
