Acts like using a condom, contraceptives, anal, fellatio, etc. are not contracts of marriage.
It must be of the will of man & women, intercourse, raw, & passionate. This grounds the contract.
This is the reason why homosexual people cannot be truly married
And yes people who are infertile are also doomed to never be truly married
